Black cup broke off a critical tab that locks the blades in place. The manufacturer no longer sold replacement parts, so the client was facing buying an entire new unit.

I reverse-engineered the broken piece, designed and 3D printed a custom replacement cup. After a few iterations for perfect fit, the processor was back in working order — saving them significant money and extending the life of their appliance.
